Refund policy

Returns

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible for return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. 
  • Tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in it’s original packaging 

Items that were on sale or discounted cannot be returned. 

  • To start a return, email us at info@jayovada.com or send us a dm on instagram @jayovada_ with:
  • Order number
  • Name
  • Reason for return 
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will reply with return instructions. 

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund may be offered. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. 
If approved: 

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method 
  • processing time is 3-10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping costs 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, faulty item), we cover shipping

Damaged/ Faulty items

if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within  48 hours of delivery with photos. 
We will replace or refund it. 

Order cancellations 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped the return process applies. 

Lost/ Stolen packages 

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact the courier to make a claim.
